If you want to pay individually when you arrive, simply pay the one ticket deposit amount and the others will be able to pay when they arrive. Currently we are not taking full payment when you schedule so be prepared to pay the balance when you arrive. There are no refunds or cancellations as we hold that date and time specifically for you. Cancelling or not showing up will mean that we keep your one ticket deposit but will not bill you for your balance. You understand that this fair and equitable for a room that we cannot sell to anyone else as we have held it for you. If you are unsure that you will arrive, don’t book or call 24 hrs in advance to reschedule.

All rooms are PRIVATE for only your group. We do not refund so only pay for the minimum you will have. if you are unsure on group size just pay the small deposit. We can settle up on any additional players when you arrive. You can add on additional players up to the room maximum.
